We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who do not meet eligibility criteria or violate state-specific laws related to fantasy sports.
3. Account Rules
Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple or duplicate accounts
- Registering with fake names, email addresses, or impersonating another person
- Sharing your login credentials with others
- Using automated tools or scripts to access or operate the platform
You may update or delete your account and personal information at any time using the in-platform account settings.
⚠️ Any violation of account integrity rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without notice.
By creating an account, you agree to receive non-promotional communications such as password reset links, legal updates, or important gameplay-related notices via email.
4. Gameplay & Fair Play
Drek Fantasy Cricket is built on skill-based gameplay and fair competition.
You are expected to engage with the platform honestly and responsibly. All team selections, match participation, and leaderboard rankings must reflect your own individual effort.
Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to make or optimize selections
- Colluding with others to manipulate contest outcomes or rankings
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or any unfair means to gain advantage
- Creating "ghost accounts" or dummy entries for leaderboard manipulation
- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to game data, servers, or source code
🚨 Violations of our fair play policy may lead to instant disqualification, leaderboard removal, account ban, and denial of future access. The platform may also implement automated detection mechanisms for repeated abuse.
Users who are permanently banned may not create new accounts. Any attempt to rejoin using alternate credentials will result in immediate termination.
5. Content Misuse / Suspensions
You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory
- Harasses or threatens other users or platform staff
- Contains personal, confidential, or sensitive information about any third party
- Attempts to reverse engineer, clone, or replicate any part of the Drek platform
- Uses the platform to promote or link to external services or advertisements
Drek Fantasy Cricket reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
- Remove or restrict access to any content in violation of this policy
- Take appropriate legal action if necessary
Moderation tools and reporting options may be used to maintain a healthy environment.
6. Skill Disclaimer
As recognized by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India (K.R. Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu, 1996), games of skill are legally distinguished from games of chance.
Drek Fantasy Cricket is a 100% skill-based simulation game, where success depends on:
- Your understanding of cricket, players, pitch conditions, and team combinations
- Your ability to use real-life match data, form, and stats to build strategic lineups
- Decision-making within rule-bound constraints
We do not offer, promote, or facilitate:
- Betting, gambling, lotteries, or real-money winnings
- Paid contests or prize pools
- Randomized or luck-based elements in gameplay
7. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to keep the platform functional and secure, you understand and agree that:
- Drek Fantasy Cricket is offered “as is” and “as available”
- We do not guarantee error-free operation, server uptime, or real-time scoring accuracy
- Match data may be delayed or incorrect due to third-party feeds or network latency
- Leaderboards, scores, and fantasy results may be reset in the event of technical issues or fair play disputes
- We are not responsible for unauthorized account access, data compromise, or identity misuse caused by insecure devices, weak passwords, or user-side negligence
You use the platform at your own risk, and Drek Fantasy Cricket is not responsible for any user dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of India.
In the event of any dispute, conflict, or legal issue arising out of your use of Drek Fantasy Cricket, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

11. Match Cancellations & External Errors
If a real-world cricket match is abandoned, postponed, or unavailable due to broadcast issues or technical data feed failures, the corresponding contest may be:
- Voided
- Reset
- Removed from scoring
No refunds, compensation, or reallocation will be issued. Drek Fantasy Cricket is not liable for real-world events beyond our control.
12. Data Storage & Deletion Rights
All user data is securely stored within India or in regions that comply with Indian data protection laws.
Users may:
- Edit their profile and team data
- Permanently delete their account from the dashboard without needing email approval
Once deleted, all associated data (personal, performance, and activity logs) are removed permanently and cannot be restored. We do not store backups of deleted accounts.
